JUDGMENT
(1) The respondent – the correct name of which is confirmed to be as set out above – made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and must pay him the amount of those deductions: £1,388.89.(2) The respondent must pay the claimant £1,091.23 in compensation for accrued but untaken holiday.(3) The respondent must pay the claimant £1,359.43 in expenses.(4) The respondent constructively dismissed the claimant and must pay him £12,500.00 pay in lieu of notice as damages for breach of contract.(5) The total sum the respondent must pay the claimant is: £16,339.55 EMPLOYEMENT JUDGE Camp DATE 08.02.2021 Note: Reasons were given orally.
