[1]The Claimant’s application to join Eastgate Care Limited as a Second Respondent to the claim is dismissed.[2]The Respondent do pay to the Claimant the sum of £942.31 subject to the deduction of Tax and National Insurance, by way of unpaid holiday pay.[3]The Respondent do pay to the Claimant the sum of £3,500.00 by way of unpaid expenses.[4]The Respondent do provide the Claimant with itemised pay statements showing payments and deductions made in connection with the payment of holiday pay and her final salary payment in or about July 2019.
