JUDGMENT
[1]The first claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of outstanding holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £140.29 in respect of that claim. The first claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay her damages of £107.80. These sums are uplifted by £215.60 (two weeks’ pay) because the respondent failed to provide a written statement of employment particulars. The total sum due to the first claimant is £463.69.[2]The second claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages in respect of outstanding wages and holiday pay is well-founded and the respondent is ordered to pay the sum of £416.49 in respect of that claim. The second claimant’s claim for breach of contract in respect of notice pay is well- founded and the respondent is ordered to pay her damages of £123.15. These sums are uplifted by £246.30 (two weeks’ pay) because the respondent failed to provide a written statement of employment particulars.
