JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s claim of a failure to make reasonable adjustments contrary to sections 20 and 39 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds.[2]The claimant’s claim of unfavourable treatment because of something arising in consequence of disability contrary to sections 15 and 39 of the Equality Act succeeds. Case Number: 1307376.19[3]The respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant in the sum of £6,000 plus £872.46 in interest.
