JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was not directly discriminated against by the respondent because of race, religion and belief, disability or (for the avoidance of doubt) because of an ‘association with disability’ in breach of part 5 of the Equality Act 2010. The claimant’s complaints are dismissed.[2]No application for reasons has as yet been made. The respondent has asked me to note that if such an application is made it wishes to make representations in advance of that being handed down and uploaded on the internet.[3]The respondents application for costs is adjourned to a later date, directions follow.
