[1]The name of the respondent is changed to Ingeus UK Limited.[2]The claim of unfair dismissal struck out because the claimant does not have the requisite length of service under section 108 Employment Rights Act 1996 to bring such a claim.[3]The holiday pay claim is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant.[4]The claims of detriment under section 47B Employment Rights Act 1996 /unfair dismissal under section 103A Employment Rights Act 1996 will continue to hearing.[5]The hearing is listed for 10 February 2021 for 6 days as further detailed below.
