JUDGMENT
[1]It is agreed the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment or in the alternative a basic award in the sum of £1,575.00.[2]It is further agreed the claimant was dismissed in breach of contract. The respondent is ordered to pay £576.92 (gross) as damages to the claimant (taking account monies owed by the claimant for holidays taken in excess of those accrued).[3]The claimant’s remaining claims of compensation for unfair dismissal and her other complaints shall be determined at the final hearing.
