JUDGMENT
[1]It is declared that the Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages in the gross sum of £1,329.20 and shall pay that sum to the Claimant with appropriate deductions for income tax and national insurance.[2]The Claimant was underpaid in respect of her holiday pay and is owed £449.85 in respect thereof which the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant with appropriate deductions for income tax and national insurance.[3]The total sum payable under this Judgment is £1,779.05 gross less appropriate deductions for income tax and national insurance.
