JUDGMENT
[1]The following complaints are dismissed following withdrawal, the Claimant having confirmed that he does not wish to reserve the right to bring such a further claim: 1.1. Any complaint against AXA Insurance and/or Dr Shamin Rahman. 1.2. Any complaint of breach of the Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974. 1.3. Any complaint of negligence by the Respondent.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal is also dismissed following withdrawal, as the Claimant confirms that he has not been dismissed by the Respondent and remains in its employment.[3]The remaining complaints are unaffected by this Judgment.
