JUDGMENT
The judgment of the Tribunal is as follows: Protective Award[1]The Tribunal declares that both Respondents have failed to comply with their obligation to inform and consult under Regulation 13 of the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006.[2]Accordingly the Tribunal makes a protective award in favour of the Claimant and the 1st and 2nd Respondents are jointly and severally liable to pay the Claimant a sum equivalent to her weekly pay of £281 x 10 weeks = £2,810. Unfair Dismissal[3]The complaint of unfair dismissal is well-founded. The Claimant was unfairly dismissed and the 2nd Respondent shall pay the Claimant the sum of £2,474. This consists of: CASE NUMBER: 1307001/2024(a) A basic award of £562.(b) A compensatory award of £1912.
