JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s holiday pay claim is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £27.19 (net) in respect of that claim.[2]The Claimant’s three separate claims of unlawful deductions from wages are well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the following sums in respect of those claims: 2.1. the gross sum of £575 deducted from her wages upon the commencement of her employment; 2.2. the net sum of £441.50 deducted from her wages in respect of training costs, and 2.3. the net sum of £50.18 in respect of work done on 2 June 2020.[3]The Claimant’s claim of breach of contract in respect of the failure to pay her Statutory Sick Pay is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay her the sum of £536.76 (net) in respect of that claim.
