JUDGMENT

[1]By consent the claim of an unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. By consent the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £370 (gross figure). No award is made for consequential financial loss under section 24(2) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[2]By consent the claim of unpaid holiday pay on termination of employment succeeds. By consent the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £684 (gross figure).[3]When the proceedings began the respondent was in breach of its duty under section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. It is just and equitable to increase the award to the claimant by the sum of £1,350 (3 weeks gross pay using an agreed weekly pay figure of £450)
