[1]The Respondent company, BD Recruitment Limited, has been dissolved and the Claimant has not applied to have it restored to the Register of Companies.[2]The Claimant has been provided with an opportunity to give reasons for the Tribunal not striking out the Claim on the basis of this Respondent being a dissolved company and at the hearing of her Claims in the above proceedings which took place on 11 April 2023 the Claimant confirmed that she was not pursuing her Claim against this Respondent and agreed to Judgment being entered on the basis of this Respondent being a dissolved company.[3]The Claim brought by the Claimant against Pan European Networks Limited under the same Case Number is not affected by this Judgment and proceedings in relation to her complaints made in that Claim are continuing.[4]The Claim against BD Recruitment Limited is therefore struck out by the Tribunal.
