JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages in relation to two deductions from wages of £250 each in February 2019 and March 2019 is dismissed. The deductions were authorised under the claimant’s contract of employment and by written agreement dated 22 February 2019.[2]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages in relation to alleged failure to pay the claimant according to the hours worked is dismissed on the basis that, to the extent that such a claim was sufficiently particularised, it was not brought within the required time-limits.[3]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to an alleged failure to pay expenses is dismissed on the basis that the claimant has not shown that any expenses were due to her which were not paid (and any claim for expenses relating to the period prior to March 2019 would not have been brought within the required time-limits).
