JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of disability discrimination was presented more than three months after the last act of alleged discrimination. Time is extended to 28 July 2020 for the claimant to bring her claim relating to her dismissal on 17 March 2021 as it is just and equitable to do so.[2]It will be for the tribunal hearing the final hearing of this claim to determine whether any alleged acts prior to the claimant’s dismissal on 17 March 2021 form part of conduct extending over a period in accordance with section 123 Equality Act 2010.
