[1]The claim against Makesh Kaul is dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant.[2]By Consent the name of the respondent is changed to MAC Fuels and Retail Ltd.[3]The effective date of termination (‘EDT’) was 26 February 2019.[4]There will be a preliminary hearing on 12 March 2020 at 9.45 am with a time allocation of three hours to determine whether it was not reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented within time and if it was not whether it was presented within such further period as the tribunal considers reasonable (‘the preliminary issue’. Note: Reasons for the decision having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is received from either party within 14 days of the sending of this record of the decision.
