[1]By a letter dated 5 November 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because:-a. The claimant failed to attend the hearing on 5 November 2021 andb. Appears to have failed to comply with Tribunal orders and so as a result it did not appear the claim was being actively pursued andc. on the basis the claimant failed to provide a valid early conciliation number for the respondent andd. that it appears to have been presented late the Tribunal does not appear to have jurisdiction to hear the claim.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing.
