JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented in the Midlands West Employment Tribunal on 8 July 2024. The Respondent has failed to present a valid response on time. The Employment Judge has decided that a determination can properly be made of the claim, or part of it, in accordance with Rule 22 of the Rules of Procedure.[2]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy. The Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the balance of the redundancy payment that remains due, namely £1,035.56.[3]The Claimant no longer wishes to purse a claim for holiday pay, therefore that claim is dismissed under Rule 51 of the Employment Tribunals Rules 2024.
