UPON the Claimant failing to attend the hearing and the Tribunal making enquiries as to the reasons for her absence and managing to speak to an unidentified male who answered the Claimant’s telephone, but then the call was ended. Further attempts to contact the Claimant went straight to voicemail. No emails from the Claimant were identified; AND UPON the Tribunal observing that the Claimant also failed to attend the preliminary hearing on 29 November 2024 and having since failed to provide any Case No. 1306434/2024 JUDGMENT explanation for her non-attendance as ordered or comply with any of the directions made by Employment Judge Camp at that hearing; The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and making a protected disclosure (that is the claims contained in the ET1 received on 6/07/24) are dismissed pursuant to rule 47 of the Employment Rules of Procedure 2024.
