JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims of race discrimination, unpaid wages and unpaid notice pay were submitted out of time.[2]The race discrimination claim was not submitted within such other period as the tribunal considers just and equitable. Accordingly, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear this claim and it is dismissed.[3]It was reasonably practicable to submit the claims of unpaid wages and unpaid notice pay within time. Accordingly, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear these claims and they are dismissed.
