[1]The parties names are corrected by agreement to those in the title above.[2]Also by agreement these two claims are consolidated.[3]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deductions from her wages concerning the failure of the respondent to pay her salary from 1 April 2020 at the correct rate is well founded. The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the (agreed) sum of £800.00 gross.[4]The claimant’s complaints of constructive unfair dismissal and her remaining complaints of unlawful deductions from wages are not well founded and are dismissed.
