JUDGMENT
The complaint of(a) Direct race discrimination as set out at paragraphs 7 to 9 of the List of Issues appended to Employment Judge Flood’s Order dated 9 January 2026 (this being the totality of the claimant’s complaint of race discrimination);(b) Equal pay in relation to the period from 1 August 2018 to 30 October 2019 as set out in paragraph 1b of the List of Issues appended to Employment Judge Flood’s Order dated 9 January 2026; and(c) Equal pay in relation to the period from 2 March 2023 to 25 June 2024 as set out in paragraph 3 of the List of Issues appended toREASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £250 in respect of each of the above allegations following a preliminary hearing held on 13 May 2025 and pursuant to an Order on an Amendment Application and Strike Out / Deposit Order Application dated 9 January 2026. The Order was sent to the claimant on 12 January 2026. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints set out in the Judgment section above are therefore struck out under rule 40(4) of the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024.[2]The remainder of the claimant’s complaints are not affected by this Judgment and remain listed for hearing from 1 to 22 November 2027.
