JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim that there were unlawful deductions from her wages in the sum of £6742.29 is well-founded and succeeds.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £6742.29, subject to deductions for any tax and National Insurance due on this amount.[3]Upon the parties having agreed terms, the Claimant’s claim that there were unlawful deductions from her wages in respect of her annual leave entitlement is dismissed upon withdrawal. IT IS FURTHER RECORDED THAT:[4]Upon the parties having agreed terms, the Claimant’s claim that there were unlawful deductions from her wages in respect of employer’s pension contributions is withdrawn, but it is not dismissed and the Claimant’s right to pursue this claim is preserved and the Claimant expressly reserves her right to pursue a claim in respect of this in the future.
