JUDGMENT

[1]The name of the respondent is amended from “RAC” to the correct full name which is “RAC Group Ltd”.[2]The respondent did not attend the hearing today and it has not presented any response, or responded to any correspondence from the Tribunal.[3]I am entitled under Rule 21 to make a determination on the basis of the information provided by the claimant and I decided to do so. The claimant has provided relevant information in correspondence with the Tribunal and orally when he appeared before me. I was satisfied that I had sufficient information to make a determination.[4]The claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay succeeds. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £1098.03. This sum is awarded gross and the claimant shall be responsible for any tax or national insurance which may be payable on it.
