Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The claimant’s complaint of unlawful deduction of wages against the 1st respondent relating to unpaid wages for 5 of the months between 1 September 2018 and 31 March 2019 is well founded and succeeds. The 1st respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £10,833.35[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of 3 months’ notice and the 1st respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £6,500.[3]This sum(s) payable under paragraphs 1 & 2 above are the gross amount to be paid and the claimant is to be responsible for any income tax and National Insurance Contributions thereon.[4]The 2nd respondent is dismissed from the proceedings.
