JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint as to unpaid holiday pay is well-founded in that the Respondent failed to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,772.84 gross.[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,772.84 gross. The Claimant is responsible for paying any tax or National Insurance due on that sum.[3]This Judgment does not apply to the other complaints of the Claimant, or to any complaint as to unpaid holiday pay in excess of £1,772.84 gross, the proceedings in respect of which continue.
