[1]This was a claim for unlawful deduction from wages which was lodged on 11 June 2020. The claim is for an unspecified amount under £150. The claimant still works for the respondent.[2]By Order dated 14 May 2021 the claimant was ordered to produce a schedule of loss by 16 June 2021 and a witness statement by 14 July 2021. She has not complied with this Order. Further, the claimant did not provide a bundle of documents for use at this hearing, as requested by the Tribunal.[3]The claim was due to be heard on 27 August 2021 and again on 19 November 2021 but was postponed. Case No:1306166/2020[4]The claimant did not attend today’s hearing nor did she contact the Tribunal to indicate that she would not be able to do so. She did not submit any documents or written representations. It therefore appeared to the Tribunal that her claim is not being actively pursued.
