The Judgment of the Tribunal is as follows:[1]The claim of automatic unfair dismissal by reason of the assertion of a statutory right is not well founded and is dismissed.[2]The claim for notice pay is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £445.03 in respect of that claim.[3]The claim for holiday pay is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £2,066.84 in respect of that claim.
