JUDGMENT

ON REMEDY Under the provisions of Rule 69, the Judgment dated 27 April 2021 is corrected as set out in bold type[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed contrary to s94 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (ERA);[2]The claimant contributed to her dismissal by her conduct and a reduction of 15% will be applied to the compensatory award when determined in accordance with s123 (6) of the ERA;[3]The respondent breached the claimant’s contract of employment when it failed to pay her for 4 weeks’ notice. Remedy in this case will be determined at a remedy hearing to be conducted by cvp on 2 June 2021.[1]In relation to the claim for unfair dismissal, a basic award of £1,097.88 and a compensatory award of £16,895.81.[2]In relation to the claim for breach of contract, as damages for 4 weeks’ notice the gross sum of £1,463.84.
