JUDGMENT

[1]the respondent’s application to amend its response is granted.[2]the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal as the claimant’s claim was not presented within the time limit set out in sections 111(2)(a) & (b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]the tribunal does have jurisdiction to hear the claimant’s claim of disability discrimination on the basis that the claimant’s complaints were presented within the time limits set out in sections 123(1)(a) & (b) of the Equality Act 2010. .
