JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant established that she was a disabled person within the meaning of the Equality Act 2010 (“EQA”) at the relevant time by reason of the physical impairment of dyslexia.

[2]The claimant’s claims for disability discrimination in relation to:(1) direct discrimination, and

(2) harassment related to disability were presented out of time. They did not form part of a continuing act or a continuing act of omission such as to render them in time. It was not just and equitable to extend the time. Therefore, the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear these claims and they are dismissed. The dates of the final hearing fixed for 5, 6 and 7 October 2019 are hereby cancelled. Signed by on 16 March 2020
