JUDGMENT The claimant has not withdrawn her claim of indirect discrimination based on the protected characteristic of marriage. Accordingly, this claim may proceed. The opportunity to enrol in a pension scheme. 1.2. Payment of “Victoria” payments. 1.3. The opportunity to enrol in a saving scheme (with attendant perks and benefits). 1.4. The obtaining of legal insurance. 1.5. Informing and consulting employees regarding pay negotiations.[2]The Respondent’s application to strike out the complaint of indirect discrimination in respect of marriage and British nationality based on a PCP concerned with payment of an Inflation Relief Bonus was refused. Case No: 1305973/2023 2[3]The parties having agreed terms of settlement in relation to that complaint, and by consent, the Hearing was adjourned and the proceedings stayed for 28 days to enable those terms to be put into effect.[4]By consent, the Claim will stand dismissed in its entirety on 4 November 2025 unless before then either party writes to the Tribunal with a request that the matter be put back into the lists for hearing.
