JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s application to amend her Claim to add a complaint of breach of contract relating to failure to pay pension contributions is refused.[2]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed. Her complaint of unfair dismissal is therefore well-founded.[3]The Claimant is awarded compensation for unfair dismissal, to be paid to her by the Respondent, of £10,581.11, consisting of: 3.1. A basic award of £1,929.00; and 3.2. A compensatory award of £8,652.11.[4]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 do not apply. Note: This was a remote hearing. The parties did not object to the case being heard remotely. The form of remote hearing was video.
