JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has subjected the claimant to an unauthorised deduction from wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant £2489.94 gross (being 318 hours at £7.83ph wages properly payable for the period to 29 November 2018).[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages for failure to give notice of £3445.20 gross (being 11 weeks’ pay at £313.20 pw).[3]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5167.80 (being 16.5 weeks’ pay at £313.20 pw).[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £ accrued holiday pay of £501.12 (being 8 days accrued but untaken holiday at a daily rate of £62.64).
