[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages in respect ofa. £500 ADR training fee;b. £1,650 Class 1 training fee;c. £1,000 potential insurance excess.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £3,150 which is the gross sum deducted.
