JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has subjected the claimant to an unauthorised deduction from wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant £2624.00 gross (being 328 hours at £8ph wages properly payable for the period to 29 November 2018).[2]The Respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant damages for failure to give notice of £3840 gross (being 12 weeks pay at £320 pw).[3]The claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment of £5440.00 (being 17 weeks’ pay at £320.00 pw).[4]There is no entitlement to accrued but unpaid holiday pay.
