JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent failed to attend or be represented at the Remedy Hearing. The Tribunal considered the information in its possession and decided to proceed in his absence.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal of £10039.55. (see the Schedule attached). The Recoupment Regulations do not apply.[3]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £188.52 (22 hours per week x 2 x £7.83 per hour-12 hours per week x 2 x £6.50 per hour).[4]The respondent is ordered to pay £0 damages for breach of contract in respect of notice to the claimant to avoid double recovery (see Schedule attached).[5]The claimant is not entitled to a redundancy payment.
