JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Claimant is not seeking reinstatement or re-engagement.[3]The Respondent must pay the Claimant compensation totalling £11,613, made up as follows:3.1 a basic award of £7461;3.2 a compensatory award of £4152.[4]All complaints other than the unfair dismissal complaint, including all and any complaints of disability discrimination, are dismissed upon withdrawal pursuant to rules 50 and 51 the ET Procedure Rules 2024.[5]The hearing due to take place on 15 to 19 December 2025 is cancelled and these proceedings are now concluded.
