JUDGMENT
The judgment of the tribunal is that the tribunal lacks jurisdiction to consider the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal since(1) the claim was brought outside the primary time limit set down in Section 111 of the Employment Rights Act 1996,(2) it was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been brought in time, and(3) the claim was in any event not brought within a reasonable further period. The respondent’s application to strike out the claimant’s claim, and its application for costs, were not pursued.
