JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed as having been presented out of time. This complaint was presented after the expiry of the statutory time limit. That time limit cannot be extended because it was reasonably practicable for the claimant to present her claim within the time limit.[2]The claimant’s remaining complaints of race and disability discrimination are listed for hearing on 22-26 June 2020. No strike out or deposit order is made in relation to those complaints.[1]Allegations 1 - 24 of direct race and disability discrimination and failure to make adjustments in the claimant’s schedule of claim are dismissed for want of jurisdiction.[2]The respondent did not, at any time material to this claim, act towards the claimant in contravention of Section 39 of the Equality Act 2010. The claimant’s allegations 25 - 34 of direct race and disability discrimination and failure to make adjustments, pursuant to Section 120 of that Act, are dismissed.
