JUDGMENT
[1]Upon the claimant’s application made in writing at 7.37am on 22 September 2025 and again reiterated in the hearing to adjourn the hearing to enable an interpreter in Estonian to translate for the claimant; I granted the application. The Public Preliminary Hearing is adjourned until 10am on 8 & 9 December 2025. I made orders for the just disposal of the case at the adjourned hearing and these are set out in a separate document.[2]The respondent’s application for a costs order is granted; the case having been adjourned on an application made by the claimant less than 7 days before the date of today’s hearing. I considered that was just, fair and proportionate to order the claimant to pay the respondent’s cost assessed in the sum of £2,250.00.
