Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21, Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The Claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £1800, being the weekly pay x 12 x 1.5 (the claimant was employed for 12 continuous years and was 59 of the effective date of termination).
