Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 — Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a Response within the relevant time limit and having regard to Rule 21 , Schedule 1 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, the Judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1440.00[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £970.00[3]The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy and is entitled to a redundancy payment of £650.00[4]The sums payable above are the gross amounts to be paid and the claimant is responsible for any income tax and National Insurance contributions thereon.
