[1]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of 13,508.53 which comprises the following:1.1 a basic award of 6 650 .001.2 an award for loss of stat utory rights of 333.331.3 loss of earnings of 5 463.071.4 loss of pension of 905.761.5 loss of fringe benef i ts of 113.041.6 Exp enses of 43.33[2]All of the above sums have been subject to a one third reduction to reflect the claimant’s conduct the risk he would have been fairly dismissed in any event.[3]The claimant ’s application for preparation time order and/or costs order is refused.
