The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 04/03/2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because he was failing to properly progress his case.[2]The claimant has since asked for a further extension of time to 29/03/2019 to respond to this. The extension of time is refused and the claim is struck out. The claimant already had two extensions of time from the original warning of 4 March 2019 and yet appears to be no further forward in replying to the tribunal’s letters of 11 February 2019 or 4 March 2019 or properly progressing his case.[3]The hearing fixed for 16/05/2019 will not take place.
