JUDGMENT
The Second Respondent (SOS) concedes the Claimant was an employee of the First Respondent at the relevant time and confirms payments will be made to the Claimant in respect of: a) Arrears of pay b) Redundancy pay c) Holiday pay, pro-rated for the holiday year d) Notice pay the parties agreeing terms of settlement, and by consent, all proceedings in this matter are stayed until 4pm on 13 June 2024 at which time without further order they shall be dismissed upon withdrawal by the claimant unless before that time either party has notified the Tribunal that it does not wish this judgment to take effect.
