JUDGMENT

[1]I declare that the respondent made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages. The claimant’s claim for compensation for unlawful deduction from wages is well-founded. I order the respondent to pay to the claimant compensation in the sum of £7,286.25 (gross).

[2]The claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract is not well-founded, fails and is dismissed.
