JUDGMENT

[1]The claimant was discriminated against in contravention of Part 5 Equality Act 2010 and her claim that she was discriminated on the ground of pregnancy/maternity succeeds.

[2]Her unfair dismissal complaint is not well founded and is dismissed.

[3]The claimant is awarded £5,500.00 in relation to her injury to feelings and interest in the sum of £775. 00. A total of £6,275.00.

[4]The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Job Seeker's Allowance and Income Support) Regulations 1996, SI 1996 No 2349 do not apply.
