JUDGMENT
[1]The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant resigned with effect from 1st November 2018. The claimant was not dismissed.[2]Accordingly:(i) The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal (whether on the basis of an express dismissal, a constructive dismissal or an automatically unfair dismissal under s. 103A Employment Rights Act 1996) is not well founded and is dismissed.(ii) The claimant’s claim for notice pay is not well founded and is dismissed.(iii) The claimant’s claim for a failure to provide a statement of reasons for dismissal is not well founded and is dismissed.
