[1]It was agreed that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment in the sum of £731.70.[2]It was further agreed that the claimant’s breach of contract and holiday pay complaints were presented out of time, it was reasonably practicable for them to have been presented in time and in any event they were not presented within a further reasonable period.
